Gaming SaGa 2 Remake

So the remake of SaGa 2 will be out next week. Is anyone else excited for this game? For those of you who don't know, SaGa 2 is the Japanese name for Final Fantasy Legend II, which was a game for the Gameboy. From what I've heard (can't remember where) this probably won't be released outside of Japan, which kinda sucks because this game was so amazing way back then. Did anyone else play the original or am I the only one here? Will anyone else be playing this game regardless of the Japanese language? I figure if I can play through Pokemon and Harvest Moon with limited Japanese knowledge then I can play through this (not to mention KH 358/2 Days).

i am always excited about any SaGa release
too bad SE don't and won't bother to make any new SaGa

i played all SaGa

the toughness of the game, free scenario, enjoy the sight of a new light bulb, chain attack is what i love from this great series

3 months ago i replayed the GB version for warm up purpose

i wonder will they have those CRAZY weapons like GB version

tank, guided missile and this warp generator

the only SaGa that i find dissapointed was unlimited SAGA and the failure of that game leads to the dead of the series! after that we have only seen minstrel song (remake) and SaGa2 (remake)!

or better yet, will there be a saga 3, I WANT MY Final Fantasy Legend 3 !! rawr!! and thanks elixir for telling me that unlimited saga sucks.

hmm, i guess once the ost is out, i should start checking sources for them, i still find it amazing that they can sell the ost at such a high price and there will still b ppl buying them, but then again, said the guy who bought final fantasy: music from distant world cd........

actually i don't like the english version of the skill names

as for me, i just don really care about spell name, i am just glad that whatever rpg reaches us and we know what exactly is happening.

you know when launching the attack, skill name can be a part of how good you feel

sorry i am just over obsess with this game

cut it to short the E/U translation simply can't translate the beauty of chinese/kanji

i will say 50% chance

if the game do well in japan... i don't see a reason why don't they release it outside of Japan

saying SE they have been rather conservatives

therefore, is hard to say

yeah square enix does release a lot of their games in the US/Europe but there are still some games that never make it out of japan so all i can do is hope...I'm still going to play the Japanese version should still be good
