I was installing boot9strap onto my old 3ds and it was supposed to boot into safeb9installer but now my 3ds wont on. When I press the power button the blue light come on then turns off. Is there a way for e to fix this?

This is normal, and means b9s was installed successfully. You must have skipped a step or two on 3ds.guide. Make sure the luma3ds boot.firm is on the root of your we card, along with any other files you may have missed. Then continue the guide as normal making sure to do every step.
