Hacking Safehax does not work. Following 3ds.guide

Dear readers,
I seem to have a problem running Safehax to get into SafeB9SInstaller, every time I try and run it, I get the screen shown below and after a while, it turns off. What am I missing?

Did you try the R19 version? And are you using the most up to date starter pack, downloaded from the guide not one you had previously on your computer or another console?

Thank you so much for your help!
I managed to install B9S and Luma, yet now I can't load SysNAND. It gives me "An exception has occurred" in ARM11.
EmuNAND works fine.

Why are you using emunand?

Are you using soundhax to load it?
I had problems with other entrypoints.

at this point I have installed b9s. But yes, i used Soundhax.
