first I said run the b9s installer with free entrypoiint available with his firmware.... ok now b9s installed. so you can what ever you want now.

you are mixing stuff together. Once you "install" B9S (= hack your 3ds) you have to use luma right away. Your 3DS won't boot without the luma boot.firm.
And from what you wrote, a lot of people can think that you meant to update and then hack because, in your post, b9s and luma are not connected together (although luma can't work without b9s and b9sed 3ds can't work without luma)

woah really, because I can boot just fine without a sd card
and I had enough of these, I already said what I can help

I already modded 100+ consoles in my game shop so thats more than enough testing that my way of installing cfw on 3ds is good enough.

Challenge accepted. Remove luma from your CTR-NAND and try to boot. Oh wait, you can't.
I hardmodded 5 console, ntrbooted 15 and soundhaxed 6.
But from what you are saying, you probably don't understand what you are really doing, you are just following the guide.
Anyway, this thread already has its answer.

and I did do this many many times before ok, the way b9s installed on your 3ds is permanent, not even a future nintendo update can remove that.

B9S itself is not permanent. In principle, an update would overwrite it. The reason updates are safe after B9S is installed is because, in short, Luma3DS prevents B9S from being overwritten.

Fortunately, it's pretty hard to run OFW on a B9S-installed device.

He never said he installed B9S, Gatweaw can be run via the MSET exploit on 4.x, and that doesn't require any CFW.
And, FYI, we sound like broken records because installing B9S is the most logical thing to do

You know, that's what happens when you copy boot.firm to the CTRNAND. Oh wait, you blindly followed 3ds.guide without even knowing what you were doing. Next time you mod a console, try booting without SD right before the finalizing setup part and see for yourself
