Homebrew Safe to update?

Hello,

I have a New 3DS xl and have cfw on it.
I have luma, FBI and the homebrew launcher app on it.
I just updated luma.

Is it safe to update my 3ds so i can play the online feature of pokemon X and Y?
I do have more illegal games on it that i downloaded from freeshop.
Currently i have version 11.3.0-36E.

Is it safe?
Pleas help

No, don't update if you have pirated games, a Ninty employee will come to your house, break in half your 3ds, smash it against a concrete wall and then teabag it for eternity. Trust me, it happened to me

It's 100% safe to update while having A9LH/B9S, you won't lose any legit or pirated game
