No, but cIOSCORP will stop the hackmii installer working because tha needs an official IOS to work. For your needs the only problem is preloader. I'd install that first just to be safe seeing as you can't install bootmii as boot2. Then install your patched IOS60 then re-install preloader. If you don't shutdown/reboot the wii you won't even get the System files corrupt message./ If you do get that message turn off the Wii by holding down the power button, turn the Wii on and hold down the reset button. Select homebrew channel then install preloader from there.

Edit: Again safe is a relative term, but yes that's safe. The only "problem" is when you already have preloader installed.

But If I Install preloader The First Time And then Install The Patched IOS60 And try to Install The Preloader Again, Wont it Just Boot Back Up And Say "Preloader Already Installed". Im Still Really Confused. Do i Even Need To Install Preloader In The First Place? Is There A Way To Uninstall CIOSCORP? In Your Opinion Should I Just be Safe And Not Patch IOS60? I Wish I Could Launch Bootmii.

That Was Last Time And Sorry. Yes Last time I DID Have Preloader Installed. Heres What Happened Last Time (I Recently Got It Back From Nintendo): I Wanted To Play WADs From An SD Card So I Got cIOS60 And Installed It. I Got "System Files Corrupt" So I Went And DELETED IOS60! BIG Mistake There. It Bricked. Anyways Thats not My Problem. Im Wondering Now If Its Safe As I Did More Research.

Dop IOSv7 is the newest one and will let you install the latest version. If you are not on 4.0/4.1 its 100% safe, might cause banner bricks but nothing unfixable.
