I'm trying to use this:

And I can't get my New 3DS to boot into rxmode on sysnand. It just goes to a black screen. I'm on 9.2 using menuhax and CTRbootmanager and rxtools comes up fine, but when I press X to boot sysnand in rxmode, then hold R to prevent menuhax from loading again, I get a black screen and have to hold the power button to shut down.
