Homebrew Rverse Crash Dump on latest Luma and 3DS Version

I want to use Rverse to get Miiverse back but i got a prefetch aport crash dump after „Miiverse“ screen. I use Luma3DS on 10.2 and the 3DS is on 11.13. I have an European console and i hear it‘s working by set the System language to english but be me it won‘t works. I redownloaded Rverse and Luma but this won‘t helps.
