Is there a way to do this on the current custom firmware (Rebug 4.8.12)? I've tried one guide; it tells you to "build a PKG file" but I've found no way to do this. (Good thing the tutorial just says "build PKG" without going into any detail whatsoever on how to do that!) One other program (PS1 to PS3 Beta 10) was supposed to be an all-in-one solution, but it's too old for the current firmware... PKGs won't run on it. I tried going the emulation route but PS3X just locks up my system.

I'm getting a teeny bit frustrated. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, that did the trick. Probably worth pointing out that you have to use it in Webman. It wouldn't work for me until I went to Webman setup, selected Refresh My Games, then reset the system. Then I went to Webman Games, scrolled down to the Playstation folder, and chose the game I installed. After that it appears as a playable disc. A little kludgy, but it gets the job done.
