Hacking Run MsetForBOSS.dat without flash card or gateway?

I'm trying to follow a tutorial on "that rom site" to try and install to sudoku EA hack to run ds homebrew (NOT DS GAMES), but I can only find loaders for the .dat that require a flash card, like the ROP Multi-Loader, but it requires a flash card... Is there anything out that I might have missed that can run MsetForBOSS.dat from the MSET exploit or (less likely I'm assuming) Spider exploits? Thanks for any answers!

This video could easily be trolling. But if you can somehow inject the save it could indeed be possible. Well, if you have success let me know.

By the way, you can install the MSET exploit using the web browser, I am not sure how to do it, but people have been able to do it for a while. There's probably a thread in gbatemp explaining it, good luck!

Thanks, but I know how to install MSET, I have it installed. But MSETForBOSS.dat won't load on my 3ds, even while renamed to launcher.dat. That's where my problems comes in. A couple of quotes from the site. First one is the person who put up the video, second is me.

"I don't get step 7. How do you get the MSETforBoss.dat file running? I can't get the .dat file running on my 3ds. I tried renaming it to launcher.dat, using the DS Profile Exploit andthe Spider Exploit. It won't work.

[7] run MsetForBoss.dat and "DSiware Inject" to inject sudoku and the hack save; turn off 3ds; boot the game. the old banner should still be there so dont be suprised.
