I know Rudolph had a NDS 3in1 backup tool, but I saw v.31 had support for a "new chip" version. Does this version work with the 3in1+? If it does work, does anyone have a link to it because the only link I've found is broken. I'm only asking because I only have a 3in1+ and I want to backup one of my save files from my original game cart. I also don't want to use the Wifi method because I heard it takes a very long time to transfer the save file via Wifi.

As far as the backup working with 3in1+ it will not work
the + is the third version of the 3in1
Also wifi works quick for the save. If you try it for backing up your games it takes a long time.
I transfered a save in about a minute via wifi they are only 512k in size
