RSS Feeds on iPod?

Here's the deal. I want to put RSS feeds on my iPod, that sync every time I plug it in. Now I know there are programs out there that do this for you, but the majority are either Broken Links, Discontinued or have a price tag attached to them. I don't want to pay $15 dollars for iGadget, especially because I have no interest in anything else that it offers. So here it is. Is there a program out there, FOR WINDOWS, that lets me do this, for free? I know that somewhere out there, someone must know the answer. Let me stress once again, it must be for windows, as I do not own a Mac. Premature thanks to whoever finds me a program that does this.
