There are known arm11 and arm9 kernel exploits that would let you, but those are being withheld until eol. Your best option would be to buy a r4i gold 3ds rts from nds-card.com and then flash it with ntrboot to install b9s with Luma cfw
End of LIfe? so only after nintendo has stopped releasing firmware updates will we get a cartridge-less CFW install method. Sounds fairly reasonable move to prevent nintendo from patching it. It might be important to note that they did release a firmware update for the DSi almost a year after the 3DS was released.

We should buy a flashcard and use it. It's only €18 and works on every firmware. It needs only a NDS or DSi (that everyone got ahaha)

Nah, JPN codes on Twitter seems the same as on here. I also found someone tried to use the patch on JPN version of the game to upload but it crashed. Where's this patch everybody's talking about? Is it made publicly available?
Patch? Nope, it's a method to upload their code (if you already have CFW).
I have CFW'ed 3ds's actually. Just curious why there's still no working exploited games for jpn region.
The patches are public, they are for people with CFW to use to upload the games, they won't help you at all.
I wanted to help thoes asking for jpn codes. Sorry for the confusion. I should have made it clear in my first post. Just went through today's twitter and found out that all RPwnG exploited games are automatically removed from the server. Not sure if it's just a simple string match or some more in-depth detection. Guess most if not all of the old uploads won't work anymore.
