hi, I just recently tried rpcs3, I just realized later that I couldn't choose Vulkan as a renderer. Does it mean I need to install it first? my laptop's GPU is GTX 1650, I read that it supports Vulkan.

Yes I did, I also have updated my latest Nvidia driver. Can it be a bug? Opengl allows me to play persona in a stable 30 fps, but I am so curious how good it is with vulkan.
Reinstall your drivers. If that doesn't work, install the vulkan SDK. If that doesn't work, try copying the vulkan-1.dll to the rpcs3 folder.
