ROM Hack ROMS wont download

Hi,
Im new to all this rom stuff, if just got a sky3ds card and im trying to download roms, ( *snip* and *snip* ive been trying) every time i go to download the .exe file it downloads most of it the does a security scan then in the download bar say can't download .exe file. ive tried with the anti virus of and still does it.
any ideas?

You're doing it wrong. Also, don't name sites. There's tons of them on the web.

If you blindly download EXEs, you're gonna have a bad time. Don't do that.
