ROM Hack ROMS wont download

Hi,
Im new to all this rom stuff, if just got a sky3ds card and im trying to download roms, ( *snip* and *snip* ive been trying) every time i go to download the .exe file it downloads most of it the does a security scan then in the download bar say can't download .exe file. ive tried with the anti virus of and still does it.
any ideas?

You really download exe-files to get rom-files? Weird...
you should use another website for this like... okay, I'm not allowed to say this name
