ROM Hack Roms with "no intro" in the title

What exactly is taken out of the rom? Is it a warning screen or an animated intro to the game?

I have seen a few roms here and there floating around with this on it.

Yes, it's exactly what Jiggah said. The games with "no intro" simply don't have any kind of introduction video created by the team who gave us the rom.

ya, theres alot of groups that release intro'd roms and they glitch up on alot of games run via flashcarts. the No-Intro Roms are roms that have had the opening animation inserted by the dumping group into the rom, removed.
