I received my EZ Flash Omega yesterday and noticed only about 60 out of 200 ROMs showed up after transferring Micro SD. After troubleshooting, I unchecked "Read Only" from the file attributes and now all my games show up in Omega.
In Windows, look under Properties > Details > Attributes. If you see the letter 'R' it is read-only.
Uncheck the check box that says "Read-only" and click OK.
Just wanted to pass this along to anyone who might encounter the same issue.
