Follow my tutorial you have something setup wrong (after the setup it can take several minutes)

I did. Windows 7 doesn't have "open command window here", though
So I wrote the code in notepad and saved as a .bat so I could run it. But it just loops endlessly

Shift+Right Click so it can say that. Then paste in your code one by one .That's how I did it, and I'm sure many others as well.

You did neo y, correct? Could you maybe post a checksum or something of the romfs? I need to figure out what I'm doing wrong...

(Also, the checksum is fine to post, just not the full file)

Nope. Rutile, but i'm doing the hashes for both.
MD5: 41B5B468C397ECCABADE4538DF0520DE = Neo Y
MD5: 5D48AD0F2A2E353CDD43BCD7673F6D3C = Rutile

If done correctly.

Ooops. I somehow didn't see that part.
Still, I managed to run the prompt, but the same happened as it did with the .bat. Endless loop with no outputs

Make sure the command is exactly as I put it and that ctrbuild is in the folder alongside the rom. It can take several minutes to run

If you are having trouble I would wait until the romhackers have posted a tutorial on how to get their things to work. I'm assuming they will have a much easier method to release.

Where Can I Find The TitleID ( That's The Only Place Am Stuck In )

"Meanwhile look for the gameid of the game you want to run with hans. You can do so by opening hans.
