Gaming Rom Scene releases how often?

I've noticed that there are several new games out in Japan including Kirby Triple Deluxe but none of them have Rom scene releases yet.

Most scene releases for other platforms like PSP or even ps3 will have early or on street date releases. It doesn't seem to be the same for 3DS? Anyone know why? Is there a usual waiting period for these types of releases?

Some combination of the means to dump the images are not easy to come by (the main method is a semi private thing you still need to know some electronics for) and the means to run them is still a bit annoying and unstable (in case you missed the drama of the last week or three).

Wait wise, could any anything really. Most seem to be waiting on things to settle down a bit though.

Thanks thats pretty interesting. I'm betting nintendo will start or has already started using some nasty encryption on newer and bigger releases.

there are 10 groups at the moment on the 3DS scene that have dumped Roms

from what we have seen its custom hardware and software
so you need to be able to make it and code it yourself

Jpn region has the most undumped because of fewer teams seem to be able to get hold of games from there

other consoles have dumpers available all over the net hence why they get out so early
3DS has had a few early but never Jpn releases, only EUR have broken the dates

I am not entirely sure what recourse they have and given the low level nature of the existing hacks then it only gets worse. Still they might throw a wrench or three in the works.
