Hacking ROM managers

I have a fair few .nds files now, and I am looking for a way to organise them. I have heard of ROM managers but wouldn't know where to start. Can anyone reccomend a good one for a noob, simple to use really.
Don't think it makes any difference at all, but I am using AK2i with a DSi XL.

Personally, I use Romcenter and the No-Intro Dats.

For .nds files RToolDS works well.
