I do, but NTR won't boot. It does not appear on the home menu or anything. All I need is to boot it, then I could play it.

I tried layeredfs with one of my friend's 2DS. The same outcome. NTR boots but when trying to launch the original Moon Version (With the LayeredFS), it freezes at a black screen. And NTR deactivates. The only way I got it to work on their 2DS was through a CIA File.

I also noticed that it has an "o3ds" file and an "n3ds" file. I believe that I just need to set up my CFW and such on the 3DS Guide site first.

Find the CIA file of the hack on either the chaos site or iso site. Just search for it in Google and you'll find it. When you finish downloading it place the file somewhere on the SD Card. Then launch FBI and navigate to where you placed the file. From there you can install it, just make sure you have at least 4 GB left in storage.

You can follow the instructions given inside the archive I have in MEGA for a LayeredFS. Or you can download the CIA file from the Chaos site (which requires CFW and at least 4 GB of storage on the SD Card)

Try using NTR with the LayeredFS method (I haven't tried it with Luma3ds' layeredFS methods though)

Not as of any releases, I do have all those you specified as an exported text file from pk3ds.

You could say so. Then again, if the integrity of Ultra Sun/Moon is different, then there will be a Los Memes for that. I will probably be doing it for Sun since Moon was already done as a sequel.
