Hacking rock band loader on lu64+

I've got lu64+ with v4.0. I've searched a bit for something on this, but I didn't get very far. My wii got jacked a while back and I'm trying to get this new one up and running again. When it got stole, my rockband disk was taken as well, but I still have the instruments-- so I'm trying to get it to work again.

Already have homebrew and neogamma.

How do I get rock band instruments to work on a backup loader?

I tried the old softchip rockband wad, but it appears it needs an ios to work properly and I'm not sure if this should be used on an lu64 wii.
