Hacking Rock Band 2 not transferring DLC to SD card.

I am playing Rock Band 2 through usb loader using ios 222/223 and have downloaded some DLC but I am having problems having them transfer to the sd card. It tells me it transfers them after they're purchased but it has to do it again every time I start the game and I look in the wii save data and they are still there. If I play it from the disc channel, it transfers fine, but then it gives me the out of date error when I try to play them from usb after that.

Is there anyway to fix this problem? Is there a way for the songs to transfer in "usb loader mode"?
If so, step by step instructions would be great!
