I am running out of space on my computer, so I need to delete ISO's. I was wondering if it was still possible to rip the already burnt iso's to my DVD-R's using a program like IMGburn. Thanks.

Sure, that will work just fine.
Only original game discs need a special LG drive to be ripped.

no special drive needed just use the ISO DUMPER software installed as a wad or from homebrew channel on the Wii ..and dump the original from the Wii drive to USB drive/USB STICK (needs 4gb or larger) or SD memory card (4gb or more) or via network wired or wifi to a pc

then burn to DVD as normal

If you're archiving I would just burn at like 2x or so onto verbatim or taiyo yuden media.
