Homebrew Riivolution help!

So I got Riivolution, was getting ready to texture mod some files in Smash brothers, and I run into this as soon as I open Riivolution!

"IOS37 must be downgraded to continue. Do you want to attempt this now?"
I click Yes and I get
Initializing netowrk... Success!
Installing...

Error installing. (-2011)
The installation did not complete successfully.


Now I'm new to the hacking scene so I really don't have a clue what I'm doing.

Essentially I need to manually downgrade IOS37, right?
And if that's the case, where do I go to downgrade it, what do I do, etc~

you need a clean official IOS.
Maybe you used a tutorial or a homebrew to hack your Wii which modified all your Wii's content (it's unneeded, unuseful, and create problems like you see now).

You can follow another tutorial (modmii will generate you a good tutorial with good files).
