After playing in Celeste for a while I noticed that buttons weren't feeling right when pressed so I tried to clean them up. After I was done with that and assembled joy-cons back I noticed that the right joy-con would work only when connected to charging switch as if battery wasn't connected at all. I tried disassembling and assembling it a few times and swaping out batteries but that wasn't it. I don't know what to do now.
