I have a pouch almost identical to that. it's probably the best case I've seen for anything though. it's a hard case to prevent the psp from being damaged if dropped, and it has a pouch inside for memory sticks. but, I did get it for free when I bought my psp from someone. I have no idea how much he paid for it, but I definitely wouldn't spend $100 on a pouch for anything...even this one.
