You need to go back to where you first fought the big cat in the forest.

Go to the forest in the world map (forgot the name, there's only one forest anyway) and go to the lake and do some walking and you must encounter a random battle and you should be fighting green toads (if not try again) and once you get the toad go back to the captain in mothergreen. and he'll say he's daughter cant eat raw toads so, you go to the forest again and fight the chef in the restaurant again and you should get toad cuisine and give it back to the captain and you shoul now be able to go to bluecat~
