Returning a flashed DS

    So, just today the hinge on my flashed DSL broke. I am sending it back to Nintendo, and am wondering if they check for this sort of thing?

    You bet they will.

    They'll even charge you a fee for fixing the DS, and well as probably reflash it. Or they'll just send it right back to you saying they won't service it at all [​IMG]

    I find it incredibly stupid if they refuse to service it (because it is their own product, and who knows it better than the creator?)

    Last thing I heard nintendo never checked. You never know though, your better just reflashing back to the original firmware.

    when i sent in my DS about 4 months ago, i sent it flash (flashme stealth [​IMG] ) and they didnt notice, Just got a new one [​IMG]
