Honestly? The Hyperkin Retron 3 costs $69.99. An original Famicom costs around $30 unless you want it boxed and mint. Juuust sayin'.

No it does not. (not without an adapter at least, but I'm not sure if it works with an adapter either. There's no port for famicom)
