Hacking RetroArch Turbografx-16 CD problem

I found this emulator a few days ago and I like this emulator but i can't run TG16 CD games. Where do I supposed to do the syscard3.pce? If I start a game it says Exception (ISI) is occurepted.
Dragons curse also not working for me.

It goes into the system folder.
sd:/retroarch/system/

You always load the .cue and make sure the .cue has the correct name for the iso/bin.

Thanks for your answer. I tried the one from *** but every game I start it starts with the same opening. First there the Konami logo than there is a story telling and it starts with 1792 AD...
EDIT: I think its the opening from castlevania because that was the first game I started to run.
