I have tried DosBox Dynarec and it performs great, unfortunately all games crash after a while, it seems it is a memory leak or something (i'm launching HBL from app).

@itsmefloflo: maybe it is the game you try. Do you get the dos text screen if you load the dosbox core and just select "Start Core", without any game?

Hi, I'm testing the new core of dosbox and all the games are working perfectly for me! (Blood, Theme Hospital, Pizza connection, etc)
but I have a problem, and that is the mouse emulation is only from left/right, with the joystick I can not go up/down. Do you know how I can configure it? What am I doing wrong?

Managed to calibrage gun for t2 arcade game in mame sick works fine with pro controller!

How did you manage to get Mugen working? I'm encountering the following error: "directory does not exist - data\kfm"

You've got an incorrect path set in your playlist or something. You need to use "/" forward slashes not "\" backslashes.

by default it is correct in dosmugen i dont think this is slash issue incomplete dosmugen file? try another link...

Anyone have any luck with getting NDS emulation to work? Trying out the DeSmuME core and getting a ton of slowdown with Pokemon Soul Silver.

Check out MelonDS instead, still has a long way to go but much better than DeSmuME. There's standalone homebrew as well as an experimental retroarch core somewhere.

Thanks! I ended up commenting out the offending line in mugen.cfg to fix it, but that's good to know if I'll want to use motifs.

Have you had any success launching any other characters? I haven't been able to get judgespear/warren's homer working correctly yet

no when i try to load my game it just black screens kfm works fine i been trying to scour net for dosmugen files

Most of Warren's old characters seem to work except for Homer, who causes a segfault when the game attempts to load him...

@rsn8887 Is there any way that I can tweak my settings to circumvent this issue? I've enclosed a screenshot of the error in the spoilered region below:

FBE however fixes the issues. With FBE off, changing blending mode, color, and depth buffer doesn't help. So no matter what I do, it's either stuttering with no issues, or smooth with issues.

Here are the issues. There are two things. A blck band on cut scenes, and reproduction on some text.

hi guys i downloaded retroarch in hopes of playing n64 games
i installed the cores but whenever i try to play it crashes the switch
what am i doing wrong? my version is 1.7.6 downloaded from homebrew app store

I will try just by starting core but it’s weird : two games work with core dosbox updated with update tools in retroarch but they don’t work with the « m4xw core »
