If you want to take screenshots and have 9.2 or under, use NTR CFW and it should be able to take screenshots during games. It'd be a good way to check expected output vs. real output to see if things are getting mangled during screen stretching.

Nearest neighbor will be a little weird and blocky, and now that I think about it I think snes9x_tyl used some type of filtering to deal with that.
there isn't enough resolution on the 3DS to get that pixellate effect (nearest without the rounding errors), unless someone finds a way to access the full 800x240 resolution of the top LCD, which no one has been able to do yet AFAIK.

Ok. Was thinking it might be a new way to get the Diagnostics Menu in NeoGeo. LOL. But might cause more headaches. Will wait till later when it is done

you can get to the menu just fine, load a game toggle the diagnostics core option and then reset the game (don't reload, just hit reset content)

The 3DS isn't the same resolution as the SNES. Stuff is going to have scaling issues. That's what I'm talking about. :/

There's going to be rounding issues in one way or another and there was chatting about scaling going on.

pixellate can lessen those rounding errors while still making it look almost unfiltered, but you need at least 3x the original resolution to make it work.
access to the 800x240 resolution would open up the way for much better scaling than what we have now.

Will the Settings be Saved? Say I Slow the Timer Down in wh2.zip so I can have more time to kick the CPU's butt. Will it save those Settings?

No I don't think so, I added saving to the current port but the split cores are using older code and even in CPS2 it didn't save

I do, but odd thing is, when I Uninstall the Cores to Install the newer Builds of them, I go to load Save State and it says there are none.

Edit: Cant get the Bios/Diagnostics. I load wh2.zip, Diagnostics Enabled, Restart Content, Resume.......Nothing. Just the Game Loading. Using UniBIOS if that means anything

You might find it easier to use the UniBIOS (check RGUI core options for Neo Geo). This lets you use a button combination on startup to enter the same diagnostics menu you can enter by messing with the core options in RetroArch currently. Neo Geo buttons B+C+D together on the startup screen open the menu. By default, this should be buttons A+Y+X on the Nintendo 3DS. You can also open the in-game UniBIOS menu with Start + Coin (3DS Start + Select) where you can enable cheats for many games. Lastly, to change settings for the BIOS itself, the combo is Neo Geo A+B+C (3DS B+A+Y).

Sure it is, I've been using it. The UniBIOS which the RetroArch core uses currently is a version behind (3.0 instead of 3.1) which I filed an issue about: mainline FBA 0.2.97.30 supports the version 3.1 UniBIOS, but otherwise everything seems to work as expected.

AWESOME!!!!!!!!! BCD did it. But no. UniBIOS is at 3.0 . I wish 3.1 . Fixes the samsho2.zip Issue with the Unlimited Time/Life
