Homebrew *retroarch* disable BASE_ADDR_FIXED and recompile

whenever i launch .bin or .cue file (psx rom) i get error "disable BASE_ADDR_FIXED and recompiled" only when i use 1.5 version.. how to fix this? i get low fps on older versions i want to play psx on my n3ds with better fps

pcsx doesn´t work on 1.4.1 - 1.5.0, the latest working version is the nightly from dec 2016 in version 1.3.6

The only way I know is to disable audio or set up frameskip. You just have to experiment a bit.
