So I was able to get a backup of my sysnand running 9.2.0-20U. However, I accidentally updated the sysnand instead of the emunand to 10.5. I've got the Homebrew Channel back up and running, however I'm not sure just how to restore my sysnand to the previous dump. Any suggestions?

On 10.4+ your only option is a hard mod. Get the mod done (or do it yourself), and then restore your backup.

You need a hardmod

And nope, it's not free.

Crap. Man that sucks. I has just gotten everything working too. So there is no way to downgrade again? I downgraded from 10.4 to 9 earlier today...

10.4 plugged the exploit used to downgrade, so no, you downgraded from 10.3, and no, there's no way aside from physically modifying your 3DS now.

haha thanks. So any good guides for hardmod?

EDIT: Alright. After some research, the hardmod does not look too bad. I've got a lot of solder experience and don't mind taking my 3DS XL apart. I'll read up on this more tonight. Too bad I can't just run emunand and reflash my sysnand, though :(
