Hello there, long time lurker, first time poster.
Anyway i'm trying to restore a minecraft 1.5.1 world to my switch but the console freeze everytime.
This happens with both checkpoint and edizon. Even if i delete all my saves and create a new one, i can backup it but not restore it.
Restoring work if I restore just the settings and there is no world in either the switch saves and checkpoint folder, otherwise it freeze the console.
I have tried with another microsd and verified the windows archive setting but it didn't fix it. I've deleted the saves and reinstalled minecraft multiple times.
I must add some precision related to my installation of minecraft :
I own a legit copy of the game that I was using a couple weeks ago but i didn't have access to my microsd for a few days so I overwrote it from a NSP i downloaded (CDNSP). I don't know if this could explain why checkpoint and edizon fail to restore any save.
As anyone been restoring saves to minecraft 1.5.1 without issue? It used to work for me but it was on a legit install on 1.4.1 at the time.
Edit : Seems like the problem was related to SX OS. I was able to restore my save on sigpatched hekate
