Hacking Restored NANDmin.bin on 11.3

hey guys, as the title says, i restored my NANDmin.bin i created while the ctrtransfer.
i restored it on my 11.3 firmware with decrypt9. my 3ds doesnt boot anymore, but i can still acess decrypt9/etc.
what can i do?
Help me pls

EDIT: to give more informations:

i started on firmware 11.0.0-33E following 3ds.guide for old 3ds
i did exactly, what the guide told me. i also rechecked every step, im sure i did everything correct.
i was able to update to 11.3 with my cfw installed.

Try a 9.2 CTR Transfer

Try boot without cartbrige
try delete the home menu extdata

ok, i did the 9.2 ctrtransfer with success!
im back on 9.2 again.

but now i cant inject fbi to h&s..
in decrypt9 it says:
"no useable file found
health & safety inject: failed!"

Try a 9.2 CTR Transfer

Delete your Nintendo ID on sysNAND with GodMode9, make a emuNAND, separate it from sysNAND and sign back to your Nintendo ID on your emuNAND, imo sysNAND for safety, and emuNAND for main NAND and experimenting with new firmware is the best option, its easier to restore emuNAND then sysNAND, good luck.
PS. Use sysDowngrader_2_0_2 or sysUpdater_0_4_2 to update emuNAND to 11.2.

See if your sd card are corrupt
is not an obligation to inject fbi

yeah, i know.
i also tried to start fbi through homebrew.
but i cant open fbi neither. says something like the kernel is wrong

hold select on boot, you're on luma setting
active
Patch SVC ...
then you can launch FBI.3dsx and install cia (FBI in cia too ^^)
