Hacking Restore WII to original state

Hello, hopefully somebody can answer my question:

Using Dop-Mii it's possible to install original IOS/System-Menu
The section Patch IOS describes how to patch.
It tells:
IMPORTANT! If you had a previous installation of Preloader/Priiloader, you must immediately reinstall Preloader/Priiloader to avoid the garbled "System Files are Corrupt" brick!

If I deinstall Priiloader before modifying IOS, do I need to install Priiloader afterwards or can I skip this step?

Or should I
- install Priiloader (Keep installed)
- Install Original IOS
- Reinstall Priiloader as statet.
If I do so, is it safte to remove Priiloader afterwards?

Goal is to get a Wii with unmodified software. I got the Wii for low price - obviously already modded
- No possibility to update System menu
- no updates/Onlinefeatures possible.
- Missing Channels

I want to have a "nonmodified" Wii with all online-features.

There have been no system updates since 4.3 and the only online feature still available is the shop channel. Nintendo Channel, Weather, News, Everybody Votes, Message board, Check Mii Out and WFC game servers are all shut down.

You would be better off running SysCheck and using ModMii to get updates for anything that is old on your system.
