Hacking Question Restore nand

Hello guys!
Iam thinking about to restore my nand and create an emummc partition, my Nintendo switch is updated to 8.1 version and my nand backup is version 4.1 without exfat (No fuses burned). I do have the rawnand backup and the boot 0 and boot 1 file but i cant find my keys file iam pretty sure i had a Key or tsec Key backup when i hacked my switch... My question is: can i restore my nand with only Those 3 files? (Rawnand.bin boot0 boot1) theres any extra caution i should take Care due the fact my nand backup has no extat?
And whats the friendly way to create an emummc?

You don't need key file to restore, just the rawnand and boot0/boot1. The only think you'll need to worry about is if your card is currently formatted as exfat you'll want to reformat it as fat32 (backing up SD before doing so)
