Hacking Restore NAND from partitions?

I think that you can restore the nand backup with HacDiskMount and Memloader, but if you are a noob I would wait until they implement restoring rawnand backups with sd cards smaller than 32gb in hekate

Reporting back. Full NAND restore worked. Switch loads fine now.

Does any one know why new hakate 3.2 payload not give me any option to choose?. After I get into rcm and load hakate 3.2 from my NX Android it just show new logo hakate then load stright into CFW. They use to have lot of option like normal cfw layeredfs etc. Do I have to edit hekate.ini?

it seems you or it was set to autoboot

in ini file top lines change the number next to auto boot to 0 if it is not already

i have a raw nand an boot 1 and boot 2 , if i want to restore my nand i just to move then to backup/restore ? and that is all ?

Yes Put those 3 into backup restore folder boot 0 boot1 and rawnand.bin
Use option restore boot 0 boot 1 first

then use restore raw

Thank you for your answer. That is correct the version that I got is a short version of cfw sig patch. So it missing the list of layeredfs stock and so on. Can I edit list from another ini file like add the extra line in?. So I need to copy file.kip to modul folder as well?. Thank you sir

why dont you use

Hi everyone,

First question, what firmware introduced the exFat format for the Switch?

Second, how to I restore my NAND, I currently have it in 14 partitions. I can't restore from hekate as it requires exFat with the single rawnand.bin file or the restore from partitions looks for the individual sections stored within the bin.

Any help would be appreciated.

ExFAT isn't included in firmware updates, it's a separate update you get the first time you insert an ExFAT formatted card.
You can combine the files using cmd like so: copy /B file1.bin + file2.bin + file3.bin + file4...(etc) output.bin

Thank you for your help but tumGER sdfile v5.21 does have kip and sig patch?. The file that I got is been remove from the treat due to nintendo copy right. So I might just tale your advice to disable autoboot to 0 and add extraline into cfw sig patch then copy file from tumger module folder to my sdcard. Hope it will work
