Hacking Restart PSP hacking process?

Hi, I'm hacking on a PSP 3001 on software 6.20. I am following MrMario2011's tutorial, and at some point, I messed up with the files. I realized this when I went back onto the PSP to update to 6.61. I would like to restart the hacking process, and have the files back to the way they were before I started. Is there any way to do this, or am I just screwed? I have merged most of the files except for the one I didn't merge (PSP file) and messed everything up, so it is hard to differentiate which files are the original ones, and which came from the hacking process. Thanks! EDIT: I have not done anything to the PSP yet, I have not updated or tried to install CFW. All I did was take it out of USB Mode, saw that it didn't look like the video, and then I put it back into USB Mode. Nothing else. Is it salvageable?

I have no idea what you are talking about, what files have you merged? Explain what you did, in plain words.

Also there are tons of tutorials, a link would be nice.
