Restart from scratch?

At the moment running latest DEX Rebug 4.84.2

Is there an easy way to restart from scratch removing all traces like Sav files, rap files, plugins, installed Tools and so on?
In case I want to sell it as empty/reset as possible.

Is the unit originally DEX or CEX?

If CEX dump ERK and then switch back to CEX using rebug toolbox. If you have active PSN account on the system, unlink the PS3 using Sony website. Install latest OFW and then do system format from settings.

Thanks for your quick reply but I was not very clear in my question... I don't want to delete the cfw so setting this unit to cex (it's now on rebug DEX) and installing an OFW is a step to far.
Perhaps just deleting all games, creating a new user and deleting mine would be enough.
System is banned btw
