ROM Hack Requesting for Devil Survivor Overclocked NTR plugin

I been trying to find a working plugin, but none of the stuff that I found works. I don't know if it's due to the game being an undub or because of the version of BootNTRselector I am using (2.12).

Does anyone have a working one? I just need a working Macca cheat...

Or if possible, can somebody teach me how to debug hack? I don't know how or what programs to use.
