ROM Hack requesting a cht/plg file

Hello. I'm not sure where I should post this to ask, but I figured I'd try here.

I'm requesting a cht /plg file for project x zone 2 USA version. So far from my own search, I only found cheats for the JP & EUR versions. By chance does anyone have a cht/plg for the US version please? Or can the eur/JP codes be converted for US copy?

Thanks for your help, but not work for me, i see the Green screen but the game never boot, i guest the plugin is for NEW 3DS and i have OLD 3DS.

Know you where I can find plugins for OLD 3DS? or cheats.txt

I download all cheats from: MAX CHEATS And FORT 42 is dead

NOTE: I ask for cheats.txt because I use this method: [3DS] HOW TO USE CHEAT CODES WITHOUT NTR CFW OR GATEWAY (YOUTUBE) and works perfect.

Is there anywhere I can find these cheat files? My 2ds xl is running cfw Lumas and I can't seem to find any cheats for the px2 with check point.

None of the links posted here work. The Google drive forced me to request access. Is there anywhere else to get these codes? I've been searching for a couple days with no luck. Also why is there EU and 2 JP versions, but no USA?
