That would likely be a save edited affair if it was -- all classes max prestige plus unlocks, all levels done on insane difficulty (not going to happen with AI), all challenge mode documents (one per level per run in daily/weekly challenge, need 9 per level), all weapons maxxed out plus challenge coin versions (1000 coins a pop which is a lot of effort), all challenge coin costumes (max difficulties tending to sort some others, each character having 4 for most things, though the extra levels for aftermath/switch have a few less), all challenge coin accessories, all the separate mode multiplayer progression, not sure what the switch had for internal trophies/achievements but if it is like the PS4 version then no easy feat either... Even if you started when the game was launched, played full time and were exceptionally good at it that would be impressive to have at this point. You might also trouble online with such a thing if you care about that.
If you are more after the katana, fancy sniper rifle and level 2 prestige weapons (most of which are no better than the bonus weapons) and maybe the challenge coin weapons (something of a double edged sword for all the ones I unlocked so far, though I really enjoy them) that is a different matter.

honestly im just looking for a save where all classes are maxed im not worried about weapons

Did you try any of the PC game saves out there? Many times they “just work“ w/ JKSV.
A lot of times, yes. Sometimes it requires some tweaking to make them work. You have to try it and see.
before we go further, you aren’t planning on trying to use this Online, are you?
I’ve never played the game before tonight and it was trying to connect to servers.
the only reason I ask, is that going Online w/ massive changes to your save file is probably bannable. Not 100% certain, because again I’m not familiar with this game…
I’m trying the attached zip file. I want to see if my JKSV save has the same file names as this zip at least.
i'm using a modded switch so online is a no go for me and i just found out that wwz do not support cross save
I’m using modded as well, hence being cautious of connecting to servers.

Here’s what the files look like in JKSV. They are plain text so maybe you can just manually edit them…provided there’s a known list of keys and their values.

Yes. You import/export them using JKSV. This will place them in a folder called sd:/JKSZ/<GameTitle>/<your_custom_folder> where <GameTitle> is World War Z and I name my custom folder [email protected]
like so:
When you make your changes to the file you again use JKSV to import the changed saves by looking for your custom folder name again to do the export.

u can u vg edit to edit user_progression.cfg file, i tried and it worked
I only have the PS4 version. Blue coins are not that hard to earn with challenges these days either compared to what they used to be, not to mention most of the blue coin weapons are of dubious value (super powered semi auto battle rifle, autofire pistol and maybe grenade launcher being fire grenades in some levels).
