Well you could have put it in the right section, first off.

And download the unity files and export to 3ds, as simple as that.

You could try doing it yourself. Doing it yourself is one of the best way for you to learn how to do it.

Yeah, the guy on that ISO site telling me I had to buy a licence was completely mislead, lmao. 80% of the time it's a complete myth you have to pay for SDK and middleware licenses like that.

Speaking of that ISO site, you sure it hasn't leaked on there? I'd be very suprised if it hasn't; almost everyone had immediate access to the Dev Portal after sign-up at one point.
