would it be possable for someone to make super mario maker 3ds for homebrew using rom hacking software and make a version for all games up to smw you would of course have to supply your own roms but them you could edit and test them in the same software

We could hope for a port of SMBX, since the source code is floating about on the internet somewhere.
 
yeah and like they could allow you to import custom sprites using ftp and just mabey inject them to the super mario bros and super mario bros 3 vc

that would be sick but i think that super mario maker would be easy cause apps like lunar magic are uut on pc
 
Funny thing is the GBA version of SMB3 was going to allow you to create custom stages with the eReader that could be used for World-e, I think.

I would actually really like to see something like this, but if I want custom levels on my 3ds I just make a quick level in Reggie for NSMB2 :D BUT I need a PC to do that, so I can't do it on the go :D
Reggie NSMB2 - custom levels. Explain to me where i can get this witch craft.
