ROM Hack [Request] Some Help about sprite editing on pokémon ORAS

Hi,
I'm looking for a (simple) hack for my ORAS rom. I would like to change the Pokémon icons from the PC into their shiny counterpart. I've found the sprite (the same size etc).

I convert them into the right format but they don't have the same weight. (the double I think). So when i try to play my game, i've a good (and logic) freeze.

I can't have the normal sprite in a .png format (i don't know how to, tbh) and i don't know how to reduce the weight.

Any help ?

Mini sprites have to be the XY7 bclim type.

Edit : Just seen that your software (png2bclim) didn't write XY7 format. Any other way in order to do it ?
