ROM Hack [Request] or [Question] Batch .3DS decryption on computer

I am looking for a tool that will batch decrypt .3DS ROMs. I do not want them converted to .CIA i just want my .3DS files decrypted. I have Xorpad files that can be used for decryption I just don't have a tool that can decrypt them.

I do not want to decrypt from my 3DS as the 3DS is slow and I do not have room to decrypt all 100Gigs of my games.

I don't think this is what I want since this seems to give instructions for decrypting on a 3DS I would like to just use my computer since I have the .3DS files and the .xorpad files. Also I don't want them extracted I am trying to get ROMs for use with Citra...
