Anything from 0x10 to 0x2ee8 is item data.
The first two bytes are the Item ID followed by the Item Quantity; both uint16 short.
I managed to cook up an easy "set all items to 900 quantity" tool but the tricky part is figuring out all the valid item IDs as there is a lot of unused IDs that will crash the game. I haven't had a chance to look into the game data yet to compile a list of IDs so if anyone managed to find one I'd be super grateful!
 
That's interesting. I'll conclude these into a full (if full enough) list. Actually I don't have much time right now, so I'll just make lists (and some cyber codes) before I get rid of my personal stuff.
